The Painted Fish Gallery opened in 1995 in downtown Dunedin, a small community rich with activities for both residents and visitors. The Pinellas Trail, the county's excellent walk/jog/bicycle route, is right outside our front door. The proximity of St. Joseph Sound and the Gulf of Mexico only a few blocks away inspires artists who often paint outdoors. The spacious gallery is centrally located in Dunedin's shopping district with hotels, B&B's, and a wonderful variety of restaurants in walking distance.

Over a period of nineteen years The Painted Fish Gallery has become a destination for art collectors seeking original and custom artworks for home and business. Artist owners Bill and Linda Renc present a blend of contemporary paintings, prints & calligraphy, including selected guest artists in various media.These include glass, ceramics, jewelry, basketry, wood and fiber arts. Now in its fifth year, our series of gallery concerts provides a chance to see an hear top folk and acoustic musicians in our quiet listening room. Check out our concert calendar below.

Fri. May 8 - 2nd Friday Dunedin Art & Wine Walk - Andrea Stearman demonstrates making origami animals from 6 to 8 PM. Gallery open til 8:30 pm; 10% gallery discount with your Wine Walk wristband.

Sun. May 10 - Mother's Day. You will find something special for Mom at Painted Fish...art, calligraphy, fine crafts, jewelry, stained glass, journals, wood recipe boxes, cards, mugs.

ROY SCHNEIDER with Kim Mayfield
A beguiling and tasty stew of Roots, Folk & Americana
Sunday, May 31, 7:30 p.m. 

Songwriter and multi instrumentalist Roy Schneider performs throughout the U.S. and Europe. Duo partner, Kim Mayfield, adds instrumental accompaniment and harmony vocals. Roy has received accolades for his songwriting and performance at festivals and competitions; notable past performances include the MAD fest in Yorkshire, England, Nashville's Bluebird Cafe, and contestant on NBC's "The Voice."

Schneider is also a gifted accompanist and has performed on stage with Tom Paxton, Gove Scrivenor, Buddy Mondlock, Freebo (Bonnie Raitt,) John McEuen of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, among others. Here's a video for Roy's newest album project "Ten from the Pen". Roy's last release, "Walls That Talk," debuted at #3 on the Folk DJ chart.
